Our packaging is designed to reduce food waste, ensure your products arrive in Perfect condition, is sustainably sourced and environmentally responsible.

Storage and Preserving the Taste

Freezing is the best way to store your meat, it means the quality is never ever compromised and keeps waste to a minimum. However, if you prefer your food to be chilled and not frozen, we can arrange this for you too.

At Greenway Farm we hang every carcass, removing up to 30% of water, which not only intensifies the flavour but means the texture of our meat is firm and dry. When our meat is at its very best, it is individually packed providing you with the best possible eating experience.

We individually wrap each portion so you can take what you need, when you need it and leave the rest for another day. You can defrost your meat quickly by placing each pouch in cool water and leaving it to thaw gently.
